My career began with a degree in Social Work, where I was able to fulfill a long-standing passion for supporting individuals, families, and communities. Early in my work, I helped create and support new programs and services designed to meet people where they were and help them move forward with confidence.
Over the past decade, my work has focused on career coaching, workforce development, and leadership support, with a consistent mission: to advance, support, and connect the individuals I work with. I believe meaningful career decisions happen when people feel understood, informed, and supported—not rushed.
My professional journey has spanned startups, education, and corporate environments, where I have helped individuals transition careers, coached executive leaders, developed curriculum, and built scalable workforce development strategies. From founding my own career coaching business to guiding more than 500 students into careers in tech, I thrive at the intersection of people, purpose, and progress.
Through my work with young adults, I have seen firsthand how challenging it can be to choose a career path—especially when there is pressure to "get it right." Each individual is unique and moves at their own pace, which is why I take the time to truly get to know every client I work with.
While most people will have multiple careers over the course of their lives, I believe it's important to begin with a strong foundation. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and start your career journey moving in the right direction—so you can make informed choices and continue adjusting your path as you grow.
Outside of my professional work, I value staying active, spending time outdoors, and continuing to learn new skills. Whether I'm hiking, biking, or taking on a creative project, I believe growth happens when we challenge ourselves and stay curious — a mindset I bring into my coaching work.
